Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates. You will not need to spend a dime to avail of one. How soon can you install my fence?
We do not follow an exact time frame for all, but we see to it to install it as soon as we can. There are numerous factors that affect the installation schedule but the most important of all is the manufacturing, for obvious reasons. Fence production, on average, takes up to 5 weeks. Although depending on the design, size, and style, it can take longer or shorter. But we can assure you of our efficiency and that we will waste no time. How long will my fence installation take?
Typically, fence installation takes up around a week. However, this time frame is only applicable when the weather is fine or permitting. If in case, your schedule encounters bad weather or holidays, the fence installation may extend up to 2 or 3 weeks. So, we request that our clients to allot at least 2 weeks for the fence installation. It is also important to note that that working days during fence installation are nonconsecutive which means that there are days which are only intended for cement curing. As much as possible, we see to it to observe proper procedures to ensure the quality of the fences.
Will you obtain a fence permit for my project?
Yes, we can do it for you. We can gladly lend you a hand if you are too pre-occupied with your usual routine. We urge all our clients to consult with their neighbors prior to installation to make sure that no conflicts arise during the project. Some property owners are lucky enough to have generous neighbors who chip in for the expenses. Meanwhile, others can be indifferent. But no matter how your neighbor will react, what’s important is that gesture of consulting with them. It also minimizes chances for conflicts, since some neighbors take the initiative to make the necessary adjustments to avoid getting bothered by the construction.
How Deep Should My Fence Posts Be?
It depends on how tall your fences are. The depth of the fence posts cannot be determined unless there is a specific measurement for the fence height. Our team can take charge of these technicalities. They are well-versed in this matter and can do it accurately. But to give you an idea, average size fences normally have 3-4 feet deep fence posts. Meanwhile, higher fences need deeper fence posts to ensure better stability. For these fence posts to remain upright, it also needs concrete in the base. So, make sure to allot space for concrete when digging for fence posts.
Should the Fence Touch the Ground?
It depends on the purpose of the fence. For fences which are primarily to safeguard pets within the yard and keep pests away, these fences can touch the ground. However, if your fences are not designed for this purpose, it might not hold up well. Since the ground contains moisture, the contact between the fence and the ground allows the moisture to transfer on to the fence. Does the Weather Affect the Installation?
