Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates. You will not need to spend a dime to avail of one. Our process is very simple and straightforward, all you have to do is to call us at 773-741-0364 or fill out the form here in our website. Be sure to provide with complete and accurate information to make sure that there are no delays. We carefully do the computation and measurements to guarantee you with the accuracy of our estimates. We know that property owners heavily rely on estimates during the decision making and so we see to it to provide the most precise estimates as possible.

How soon can you install my fence?

We do not follow an exact time frame for all, but we see to it to install it as soon as we can. There are numerous factors that affect the installation schedule but the most important of all is the manufacturing, for obvious reasons. Fence production, on average, takes up to 5 weeks. Although depending on the design, size, and style, it can take longer or shorter. But we can assure you of our efficiency and that we will waste no time. As soon as your fences are ready, we will make sure to schedule your fence installation right away.

How long will my fence installation take?

Typically, fence installation takes up around a week. However, this time frame is only applicable when the weather is fine or permitting. If in case, your schedule encounters bad weather or holidays, the fence installation may extend up to 2 or 3 weeks. So, we request that our clients to allot at least 2 weeks for the fence installation. It is also important to note that that working days during fence installation are nonconsecutive which means that there are days which are only intended for cement curing. As much as possible, we see to it to observe proper procedures to ensure the quality of the fences.

Will you obtain a fence permit for my project?

Yes, we can do it for you. We can gladly lend you a hand if you are too pre-occupied with your usual routine. We have worked with countless property owners who cannot find the time to settle and work on their fence permits which eventually causes delay in our projects. As much as we can, we try to avoid delays to refrain from wasting both time and money. So, to help our clients, we worked on incorporating the obtaining of fence permits into our services. But then, although we can work on it in your behalf, we still need the following documents from you

Do I Need to Consult My Neighbors?

It is not required by the law to consult your neighbors; however, it is a good courtesy to do so. We urge all our clients to consult with their neighbors prior to installation to make sure that no conflicts arise during the project. Some property owners are lucky enough to have generous neighbors who chip in for the expenses. Meanwhile, others can be indifferent. But no matter how your neighbor will react, what’s important is that gesture of consulting with them. It also minimizes chances for conflicts, since some neighbors take the initiative to make the necessary adjustments to avoid getting bothered by the construction.

How Deep Should My Fence Posts Be?

It depends on how tall your fences are. The depth of the fence posts cannot be determined unless there is a specific measurement for the fence height. Our team can take charge of these technicalities. They are well-versed in this matter and can do it accurately. But to give you an idea, average size fences normally have 3-4 feet deep fence posts. Meanwhile, higher fences need deeper fence posts to ensure better stability. For these fence posts to remain upright, it also needs concrete in the base. So, make sure to allot space for concrete when digging for fence posts.

Should the Fence Touch the Ground?

It depends on the purpose of the fence. For fences which are primarily to safeguard pets within the yard and keep pests away, these fences can touch the ground. However, if your fences are not designed for this purpose, it might not hold up well. Since the ground contains moisture, the contact between the fence and the ground allows the moisture to transfer on to the fence.  Moisture can cause rust and result to irreparable damage which might later on need replacement. But you can always protect your fences by using a superior coating which can prevent rust from forming.

Does the Weather Affect the Installation?

Yes, weather does impede fence installation. It is difficult to work in extreme weather conditions like too low temperature, too high temperature, high humidity, and heavy rain. Some materials even contract or swell, when the temperatures are unusual. Meanwhile, concrete may fail to set in some specific weather conditions. We are afraid that it can affect the quality of our work and so to make sure that we get the best results, we would rather suspend work during these circumstances. As much as we want to get the job done immediately, we don’t want to risk quality of our work.

What Material Should I Use for My Fence?

The appropriate material to use will depend on the type of fence and the purpose it needs to serve. If you prefer to have complete privacy you can opt for vinyl fences. Meanwhile, if you want something which is chicer and more sophisticated, Cedar wood fence can deliver the same type of privacy but in an upgraded look. You just have to be aware that wood requires significant maintenance, as compared to other materials, to ensure its best state. On the other hand, if you are seeking for heavy-duty and durable fences, the steel and aluminum materials will surely meet your needs.

How Tall Should My Fence Be?

It depends on the purpose and the type of privacy that you want. If your fences are only intended for children and pets, you can opt for shorter fences. It takes less work to install and certainly comes at a cheaper cost. However, if your fences are intended to ensure complete privacy, security, and safety, then we suggest getting tall fences. How Long Will the Fence Last?

Your fences are supposed to last at least 10 years. Fences are made and designed for the long run since it is a major investment which requires a ton of work and considerable amount of money. This reason also makes it not ideal to have to replace fences often.
